Ashlr Solar (a product of Ashlr.ai) helps Virginia homeowners get a neutral solar + battery report and routes qualified opportunities to vetted installers. This notice explains what data we collect, why, and who we share it with.
What we collect
- Contact details you submit on the funnel (name, email, optional phone).
- Property details (address, city, ZIP, utility, monthly bill range).
- Energy preferences (motivations, financing, battery interest, timeline).
- Derived data (roof score, production estimate, qualification score) generated by our AI agents and third-party data providers.
- Operational metadata (timestamps, agent run results, comms dispatch outcomes).
Third-party data providers
- Google Solar API — used to assess your roof from satellite imagery.
- NREL PVWatts — used to model production estimates.
- OpenStreetMap Nominatim — used for address geocoding.
- xAI — used to draft personalized followup messaging.
- SendGrid — used to deliver report emails.
- Twilio — used to deliver SMS followups.
- Supabase — used to persist your report and lead status.
- Vercel — used to host the application; collects standard analytics.
Who sees your data
When your lead is routed to an installer partner, the installer sees a deal packet (city, ZIP, roof score, system size, savings range, intent, battery interest, financing preference). Your full street address and contact information are released to the installer only after they accept the lead.
Your rights
Email hello@ashlr.ai for access, correction, or deletion of your data. We respond within 30 days.
Cookies and analytics
We use Vercel Analytics + Speed Insights to measure conversion and performance. We do not sell personal data. Authentication cookies are essential for the installer and homeowner portals.
